So we are two months into 2023 and we have some data to show for it. Looking at the major cities in Los Angeles County here is some data to consider if you plan to buy or sell in these areas. What are we looking for? Areas with low average days on market, areas where average sales price has increased and the number of active listings is not rising too significantly (it's okay to see a minimal rise here, most people wait until after the new year to list their home so you may see more people interested in February).
